This St. Paul design-build contractor was looking to continue health benefits but to manage costs. They turned to Sailer Benefits. We helped them change their plan provider and decrease their benefit costs by 60%!  Two years later, working with the same plan provider, Sailer Benefits moved the company into an HSA health plan where each employee’s HSA is funded by Flannery Construction and yet reduced overall benefit costs another 39%.

 

Normal, Illinois employer implements long-term strategy to control costs
Group Tool, Inc., a plastics injection molding company from Illinois, was looking for a way to control costs long term.  Tired of the reactionary results of just dealing with the renewal when it comes around, an HRA was the answer.  Sailer Benefit helped them implement the plan and the results have been fantastic.  We continue to play a role in helping Group Tool administer the plan as well as keep the fixed-cost variables under control.

Thermotech is a technology-driven contract manufacturing company specializing in precision injection molding and assembly.  Each year this company experienced high claims and thus high increases.  Turning to Sailer Benefits for help, we were able to negotiate an innovative benefit offering for their employees. The new program allowed Thermotech to fend off a 23% increase that would have cost them $200,000.
