With a degree in finance and past work experience as an Account Representative and Manager, Lacey joined our Sailer Benefit team as a Client Service Representative in the summer of 2019. Her education and experience give her a great foundation, but it’s her willingness to be a team player, work hard, and stay organized that make her a stand-out in her field. Lacey says the upbeat work environment of Sailer Benefit drew her to the position, and the wide range of learning opportunities helps her continue to grow in her field.
Lacey’s pairing of friendliness with her desire to help, paves the way for the exceptional service she strives to offer. She especially enjoys day to day communications with our clients, helping answer questions promptly, and seeking solutions when there are problems.
Outside of Sailer Benefit, she appreciates spending time with family and friends. Lacey enjoys the outdoors, walking her dog, traveling new places, and taking ATV joy rides. When there’s downtime, DIY projects, cooking, walking, and relaxing fill the time. But, when Lacey is not at work, her favorite place is relaxing at the cabin, enjoying all the many things she loves.
