With almost 20 years of industry experience, spanning from consumer driven healthcare to benefit advisory roles, Ben found his client-focused philosophies aligned with the successful, client-centered reputation of Sailer Benefit. He joined the team in 2019 as a Group Benefit Consultant and has been strategizing benefits with entrepreneurs and business owners ever since.
Helping clients set and accomplish goals, and then build and execute plans to achieve success, are what Ben especially enjoys. Listening and communication are key to his success in the industry, and his clients tout him a valuable part of their planning team and appreciate his advice and leadership in an ever-changing business climate.
Growing up and living in West Metro -Minneapolis, he truly enjoys everything Minnesota has to offer. He loves the outdoors and especially enjoys spending time with family and friends at the lake or on a golf course. Over the years, he’s mentored for MN Adult and Teen Challenge and is passionate about disability awareness and cancer research.
