​Greg Peters’ practice focuses on labor and employment litigation where he represents employers before various state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Department of Labor and parallel state agencies.  Mr. Peters also has extensive arbitration, collective bargaining, union organizing and strike management experience.  He also provides advice or training to employers in all areas of labor and employment law and employee relations. 
 
He is licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin, several federal district and appellate courts, and the United States Supreme Court.
