Christine joined the insurance industry by default when she stepped up to co-found Sailer Benefit Services. She’s chosen to be a part of it ever since.
With a background in mathematics and prior work experience as a financial administrator, office manager and executive director, Christine has found her sweet spot as the company’s CFO. Her life experiences have also contributed to her ability to manage the role’s ever-changing task list with aplomb. As a working mom, she’s quite accustomed to wearing several hats at once. The work ethic she gleaned from her upbringing in a small Iowa farming town hasn’t hurt, either.
One of Christine’s most impressive talents is that she never forgets a face. And it’s how she makes a difference for clients. She expertly matches the people she meets with the Sailer team member who can best solve their problem.
She also loves helping others reach their full potential. She volunteers as a youth trainer for the PWER Alpine Ski Team, and teaches group classes and trains athletes at a local fitness studio. In the winter, she’s usually bundled up (yet still freezing) at the bottom of a ski hill while she watches her boys race. She thaws out in the summer by boating on the St. Croix River.
