Holton G. Sailer
Individual & Small Group Specialist |
Sailer Benefit isn’t new to the native Minnesotan; Holton’s been around the business his entire life. Growing up with mom and dad as the owners of the company, he has observed the business as far back as his toddler years. In college, he completed field specific internships, and gained valuable experience and knowledge through programs at Sailer Benefit, Northwestern Mutual and HealthPartners. After earning his Communication and Business degree at The University of St Thomas, it was a natural progression to choose a career in insurance, first accepting a position with Foster Klima and Company as a Guardian Financial Representative and then, later joining the Sailer Benefit Services team as an Individual and Small Group Specialist.
Balancing his knowledge of life insurance, financial planning and health insurance brings an added layer of benefit to his clients. Holt is dedicated to helping small groups not only enhance their benefit packages and watch the bottom line, but his added knowledge can also provide business owners and their employees ancillary financial planning benefits as well.
When Holt isn’t working, you can find him being active somewhere outside. His favorite activities include rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing, fly fishing and boating. He has recently been certified as an Afton Alps Ski Patroller and you may see him volunteering there, helping the injured and lost -- Hopefully you’ll meet him for business reasons and not through an incident on the slopes!
